Tuition Information for Rise Students
Tuition is based on the number of classes a student enrolls in for the full season, which runs from August 18, 2025, through May 23, 2026. While the number of classes may vary from month to month due to holidays or calendar differences, tuition is divided equally into ten monthly payments for your convenience.
The first tuition installment is due upon completing the registration process. Subsequent payment installments are due in full on the 1st of each month.
A non-refundable registration fee of $25 per student is required.
To participate in the Spring Recital in June, students must be enrolled by January 1st, 2026.
Families have the option to pay the full season’s tuition upfront and receive a 10% discount on the total tuition amount! Please note that standard credit card processing fees (3.5%) still apply.
Upfront tuition payments are non-refundable, even if the student withdraws from the academy during the season.
Payment & Refund Policy
A credit card is required at the time of registration and will be securely stored on file for automatic monthly tuition payments. A 3.5% credit card processing fee is applied to each transaction.
Please understand that we are unable to issue refunds for monthly tuition once it has been processed, including in cases where a student chooses to drop a class or withdraw from the academy after payment has been drafted.
Withdrawal Policy
If you need to withdraw your child from the academy, written notice must be sent via email to in**@************io.com by the 25th of the month prior to the intended withdrawal date. Please include your reason for withdrawal in the message. Failure to provide notice by the 25th will result in being charged for the following month’s tuition.
Missed Class Policy
Consistent class attendance is essential for developing skills, building confidence, preparing for performances, and fostering discipline, teamwork, and physical fitness.
If you know in advance that your child will miss a class, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to let you know if there’s an available class in which the absence can be made up. Please note that no special classes will be scheduled for make-ups.
Make-up classes are offered as a courtesy—not a guarantee—and must be used within the same session as the missed class. They do not carry over into future sessions. Make-ups are allowed in cases of illness, injury, or family emergency. We strongly encourage students to miss no more than two classes per semester.
Recital Fee Policy
Participation in the Spring Recital involves associated costs, including costume fees, a recital fee, and additional ticket purchases for attendees.
- Costume Fees: Each class will require a costume, with fees ranging from $35 to $100 per costume, depending on the style and supplier.
- Recital Fee: Recital participation fees will range from $80 to $150 per student (or per family, depending on enrollment) helps cover production expenses such as venue rental, staffing, and logistics. This fee includes two complimentary tickets to the performance.
- Additional Tickets: Extra tickets for audience members typically range from $10 to $20 each, depending on the venue and show details.
All recital fees are non-refundable and will be invoiced prior to the event.
